Underground Utility Survey

Utility Surveying is the process of identifying and labeling underground public utility mains, including telecommunication lines, electricity distribution, natural gas, cable television, fiber optics, traffic lights, street lights, storm drains, water mains, and wastewater pipes. It also encompasses major oil and gas pipelines, national defense communication lines, and mass transit, rail, and road tunnels. Each type of underground utility requires specific detection methods due to the variety of materials used. To address this, we employ advanced underground cable locators and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), which allow us to efficiently detect and trace utilities before any subsurface work begins. These technologies provide exceptional access to site structures and ensure superior safety for planning and excavation.

Our skilled team is dedicated to providing you with the confidence to plan, design, and manage your projects effectively. Our utility detection capabilities and state-of-the-art equipment enable us to validate existing utility locations, cross-check data from asset owner plans, and uncover unknown utilities using various geophysical techniques.
